After a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease, Nellie Hall Loggins, daughter of the late, Grover and Mary Alice Carter passed away on August 15, 2014 at the age of 81. Nellie was originally from Silver Point, TN and married Ollie Hall in 1955. She was a devoted wife and mother and raised a wonderful family with Christian beliefs. She was a proud and active member of Crieve Hall Church of Christ.Nellie was preceded in death by Ollie in 1985. Ten years later, she married Hank Loggins, a deacon at Crieve Hall Church of Christ. Hank also preceded her in death on July 1, 2014. She lived a very blessed life. Nellie was also preceded in death by her two sisters, Oneida Medley and Neoida Anderson.Nellie is survived by her children, Sharon Duffel (Gary), Michael Hall (Laura), and Machelle Spencer (Ted); grandchildren, Chase Spencer, Rachel Spencer Anderson (Lance), Cameron Hall, Chelsea Hall and Courtney Hall; great-grandson, Colt Anderson; stepchildren, Cathy Pfleuger (Rich) and Brian Loggins (Lisa); numerous nieces and nephews that she truly adored.A Celebration of Life service will be held at eleven-thirty in the morning, Monday, August 18, 2014 in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.A Gathering of Friends will be held from nine-thirty in the morning until service time, Monday August 18, 2014,Serving as pallbearers are, John Martin, Mike Chance, Phillip Brackett, Doug Wright, Gary Batson and Bill Slate. Honorary Pallbearers are the Deacons and Elders of Crieve Hall Church of Christ, Relon Jones, Don Bemis, R.B.
