Mae Faulkner Rowland, of Hermitage, TN, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011. Mrs. Rowland was preceded in death by her parents, the late Grady and Lizzie Mae Parker Faulkner and by her husband of 63 years, Curtis D. Rowland. She is survived by her daughters, Sandy (Ray) Nichols and Tammy (Tom) Akers; son, Dana (Patty) Rowland; sister, Jo Ann (George) Davis; grandchildren, Shannon Millman, Shane Railey, Tonya Reed, Scott Rowland, Amy Donato, Thomas Akers, Ashley Akers and Abby Mae Akers; and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at Ten o’clock the morning of Monday, November 28, 2011 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with Carl McKelvey officiating. Placement will follow in Field of Honor Garden in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers. Mrs. Rowland was a longtime member of Vultee Church of Christ.
