Larry Owen Robinson, age 68, of Christiana, Tennessee, passed away suddenly on December 26, 2022 at his home. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee on October 20, 1954 to Clyde and Dorothy Robinson. He graduated from Watkins Institute in 1972. He recently retired from Pinnacle Financial Partners after almost 14 years of service.
Larry was a man of wisdom, love, and laughter. He enjoyed spending his free time out in nature where he found himself to feel more at home than anywhere. Larry was a true outdoorsman and had a true love and passion for game hunting. He spent much of his time hunting by himself and with fellow hunter friends. Larry had a love for all things mysterious. You might find him researching the paranormal and watching sci-fi and fantasy movies, and contemplating the vastness of space. Larry was a whimsical man who loved to bring a smile to your face with laughter and his unique sense of humor. Even in the hardest of times he would bring a smile out of you.
Hunting, camping, fishing, scouting the woods and living off the land was part of who Larry was more than anything and he lived it every day. He was a husband, father, brother, son, grandfather and a role model for many. He will be missed greatly and thought about every day by those who loved and knew him. He will always be in our hearts.
Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Robinson and his parents Clyde Robinson and Dorothy (Barnes)Robinson.
Larry is survived by his daughters, Ashley Johnson and Lindsey McAneny; brothers, Terry Robinson, Michael Robinson(Danny Norris); grandchildren, Kate and Kourtney; and nieces Brittney and Izzy.
