Kenneth Earl Payne passed away on April 24, 2014. He is survived by his daughter, Trena J. Mueller (Matt), grandson Kaleb Payne, and granddaughter Jada Jones. Family and friends will gather at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on Monday, May 5, 2014 from four to eight o'clock in the evening for visitation. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at one o'clock in the afternoon, also at the funeral home.
