Keith Edwin Miller, Sr. 75, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away December 22, 2021. Keith was born March 29, 1946, in Detroit, MI to the late Charles R. Miller and Imogene Smith Miller Kimball. Keith graduated from Monroe Central H.S. in Parker City, IN Class of 1964. He attended college at Ball State University, Muncie, IN where he studied Music Education and Performance. Keith served in the United States Air Force and retired as a Sgt. E-4. Keith also was a retired worker from both I.R.S., Nashville, TN and General Motors, Muncie, IN.
Keith had many hobbies such as Traveling, Christian fellowship, being outdoors, working in the gardens, bird watching and studying family history. He was also a member of Master Gardeners for 20+ Years during that time he held various offices. Keith was also very active in Boy Scouts of America for over 30 years. Keith was active in several Civic Organizations one of which was ARRL-American Radio Relay League (Ham Radio) where he was a lifelong Member but also served as President/Section Manager from 2012-2019 and as Emergency Coordinator from 2006-2013.
Keith is survived by his loving wife Ann Evangeline Harris. His children; Daughter Kimberly (James) Rubadue, Son Keith (Candace) Miller Jr., Stepdaughter Candace (Robert) Humes, and Stepson William Andeson. His grandchildren; Kaleigh and Kendall Stohler. Step grandchildren; Liliana Humes, Lucas Humes, Kristen (Robert) Davis, and Nathaniel Davis. Step Great-Grandchildren; Brody and AnnaLeighia Davis. Keith is also survived by his siblings; Sisters Glena (Jonathon) Hunt, and Crystal (Floyd) Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents and also Stepfather Clifton Kimball, and sister Kara (James) Erwin.
Keith will be truly missed by all that knew and loved him, especially the many of which lives he touched and saved at Harmony Baptist Church in Lebanon, TN where he served as the pastor for 50+ years!!!
A visitation for Keith will be held Friday, December 31, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
