Joyce Wright

Joyce Wright age 84, passed away on December 7, 2024. She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Jimmy Gaurey Wright and her daughter Tammy Tara Wright. She is survived by her daughter Mindy Wright and her grandchildren, Bronson Turner Wright Raines and Rikki Raquel Raines-Spencer, great-grandchildren, Gunnar Dean Spencer and Blakely Raine Spencer

Joyce loved gardening, flowers, interior design, antique collecting, music and records where she always played them throughout the house. She loved entertaining friends and family. She loved going to their lake house and spending time on the boat. She was also in a beauty pageant when she was younger. She and Jimmy loved their antique cars and they loved to take their vintage Rolls-Royce to dinner and a play at Cumberland County Playhouse. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She would take her grandchildren shopping every Friday and would often take them and their friends to Recreation World in Franklin with endless amounts of quarters. She was dedicated to her work and helped build a successful real estate business with her husband.

Visitation will be on Monday December 16, 2024, from 11-1 PM with a Celebration of Life to follow at 1 PM at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs Funeral Home.
