Joe was an avid pool player and spent most mornings at the Donelson Senior Citizen Center Pool Room. He was also a member of Crievewood Baptist Church.
Joe is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Billie Springer; daughters, Carolyn Springer-Smith (Randel) and Judy McNeely (John); step-daughter, Willa Bell (Ernesto); step-sons, Fred Bell(Tess) and Bob Bell (Cherita); grandchildren, Lee Minton, Catherine Bush, Ruth Broyles (Robert), Caroline and Olivia Bell, Kalia and Kai Bell.
Visitation will be held at four o’ clock in the afternoon until seven on Monday, April 6, 2015 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at one o’ clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Donelson Senior Citizen Center Pool Room or Crievewood Baptist Church.
