Ben Jones Jr.

Ben was born on December 16, 1934, in Nashville, TN, to Ben Jones Sr. and Ada Jones. He was a proud graduate of Pearl High School and dedicated his life to his family, his business, and his passions.

Ben married Gloria Jones on December 5, 1962, in Nashville. Together, they built a life filled with love and dedication. Ben was a skilled brick mason and the owner of Ben Jones Masonry, where he worked tirelessly throughout his career. He was known for his expertise in the craft and the pride he took in every project.

A proud member of the Knights of Columbus, Ben was also a lover of Corvettes, often seen enjoying the cars he cherished so much. His dedication to his work and his passions was matched only by his love for his family.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Jones; children, Benada Barber, Tammy Crawley, and Dashionn; his sister, MaLinda Jones; as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ben is preceded in death by his parents, Ben Jones Sr. and Ada Jones; and children, Ben Jones III; Carla Jones; Vanessa Jones; and Remela Jones.

A gathering of family and friends for Ben will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204, followed by a graveside service at 11:30 AM.
