Michael B. Ewalt, 45, of Nashua, NH passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 26, 2012 at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua. He was born in Orlando, FL on February 11, 1967, the son of Mary Jean and the late Burton Ewalt.
Michael was a lifelong Nashua resident. He was educated in the Nashua school system. He was employed at Greenbriar Healthcare Terrace and Hannaford Supermarket. Michael was a true outdoorsman; he enjoyed camping, fishing, the beach, muscle cars, and living up to the family tradition of loving fried clams.
He is predeceased by his father, Burton Ewalt in 1978.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Jean (Conley) Ewalt; two children, Curtis and Kyrstee Ewalt of Nashua; a brother, Kevin Ewalt and his wife Beverly of Tyler, TX; three sisters, Karen Sutton and her husband Richard of Pelham, NH, Carolyn L’ Ecuyer and her husband Lee of Nashua, and Susan Lavoie Baker also of Nashua; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 3 PM to 4:30 PM at St. Laurent Funeral Home, 116 Elm Street, Nashua, NH 03060. A Memorial Service will be celebrated in the funeral home at 4:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael’s name to The Arthritis Foundation, 6 Chenell Dr., Concord, NH 03301.
