Victor Charles was born in the Cayemittes Islands, commune of Grand'Anse, Haiti on January 25, 1933 to ENose Charles & Oxilia Bazile. He was the 8th of 9 Children, and was a hard worker who started working at young age in his Father's farm.
He has been living here in the United States since 2008 thanks to the multiple efforts that his daughter, Myrianne had made. He became a US Citizen in 2016. And gave his life to God in 2022
He loved everyone, especially his families and was always happy, and love by all.
He is survived by his loving family, which includes:
His 4 KIDS: Maxene Charles, Myrianne Charles Simon, Fanelia Charles odney, and Alna Charles (Deceased)
7 GRANDCHILDREN: Kettia Simon (5), Edes Odney, Fanise Odney (2), Gina Odney (3), Saintia Odney, Albertine Odney (3) and Clinton Odney And 13 beautiful GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN and several nieces and nephews
