Ronn I just wanna say that you were my greatest friend. I miss you with all my heart. I will never forget you and the times we used to work together and How I used to try to make you smile... Ronn, I can't express my sadness of losing you. Papa and I were so happy when you came into our lives because we were longing to have a baby boy. Walang kapantay kong gaano ka namin minahal at inalagaan for 14 years. Napakabait, masunurin at matalino kang bata. When we (papa, mama, and you)  went to St. Paul to get your card, sabi ng principal sana tapusin mo muna ang HS mo dito sayang Ronn bihira lang ang makapasok sa  Honor roll mga Segui lang sa Cabugao at that time pero sabi ni mom mo itulod mo lattan mama. Thank God na maintain mo ang grades mo. Nag straight A ka pa noon. Sabi mo pa naglaka ti agbasa ditoy mama narigrigat diay St. Paul ngem adadu ti maadal dita ta half day laeng ditoy. Balong I love and miss you sooooo much. Noong buhay pa si Papa every morning ang video call natin. I miss your smile tay nagpipigsa nga katawam ken tay nagadu nga flying kiss mo nga manay nga katkatawaan di papa. Sino pay ita ti tawtawagak adda ni Reave ngem narigat mi nga matawagan. Ronn was my first nephew, I was only 11 years old when he was born. I didn't know if I can be a good tita or aunt already but I was excited to be one. Though we seldom see each other because our family is in Manila I was always amazed with the stories shared by manang RoAnn and uncle Rudy about Ronn. He was very smart, responsible and matured yet still had a childlike self. Very respectful pero maloko din sometimes. His jokes and hirit would make me laugh and wonder about the thing he just said or asked.
I will never forget when you asked me, "tita Edna mahirap po ba talaga manganak?" after I gave birth to my firstborn. I felt how thoughtful and concerned you were about me.
Ronn, I have always been so proud of you. Thank you for the limited but wonderful memories I will keep with me.

My beloved son Ronn. It seems like yesterday when I gave birth to you. Nothing compares to labor pains. I was screaming at the top of my lungs. Medical students came into the room to observe and I just shouted at them to go outside.  Maybe I was the most annoying patient they had but I didn’t care, all I knew was that I was going through a lot of pain. When you finally came out, that was the happiest moment of my life. I had you when I was still in college and I had to go back to school and leave you with my parents. When I was about to leave you, you wouldn’t let me tuck you in at night. You slept on my chest and you cried if I tried to put you in your crib. When you turned 2 years old, you already knew the alphabet and numbers, and when you were 4, you were a speller. You got upset with your teacher when he could not pronounce the words right during the spelling quiz. I remember scolding you because of that. Fast forward, me and your dad came to another country to start a life and you followed after 7 years. You had the brains and the looks. You graduated as Magna Cum Laude, got the highest scholarship of Bright Futures here in Florida and you got the Presidential Scholarship of FIU. You’ve always been a very good son to us and a very watchful brother to your sister. During the last few days, we watched Netflix together. We watched this series that had new episodes every week and last Saturday, the new episode came in. I watched it last Wednesday, but I was not able to finish it because I remembered you, and I could not continue watching without crying. My beloved son, I miss you so much. If the labor pains are painful, saying goodbye is more painful. I love you anak, I will miss you so much. Until we meet again.

Thru the years, our family and yours have spent time celebrating, birthdays, Christmasses,other special occasions or sometimes, just hanging out. You were always smiling, listening quietly to conversations, laughing with the jokes being passed around but always polite and well mannered.
We won't have those moments with you now and we are sad. We will miss you and your smile and good personality

Ronn was a very sweet person. He can give everyone the sweetest smile. 💗 And I will definitely miss that, Ronn. We have so many happy memories together, since Ronn was the first baby of my eldest brother, Ronn and I have only few years of age gap, we did enjoy childhood together. But he looks up to me as his Aunt always. He was so respectful to everyone. And everytime we are asking him what he wants for christmas present, he will just answer, its ok Tita for no present, I am ok with that Tita, and He will just smile again. Since he was born, I was able to see the beauty of Ilocos Province and visit him every Summer. And then they moved permanently to Florida, and if there was a chance to have a vacation, that was year 2014, everyone was so excited because we are able to see each other and felt complete again. What a happy heart it is if we are complete. I was able to serve my nephews and nieces to the best that I can. And I remembered Ronn, sleeping over to my house with his sister, before they returned to US. He loves to eat hotdog with pan de sal (Filipino type of bread).  And every time for our group video chat, we are just laughing while seeing each other, because we are look a like, Ronn. And you will give me that unli smile again.

Ronn, I will miss everything about you.
I will miss your voice, your smile, everything about you, Ronn. We will be missing your jokes alot.

I keep myself busy with things to do but when I pause, I'll always think of you, Ronn.

For now, I will just always think that you are just busy at your work. Busy working up there in Heaven. We know you'd be with us today if Heaven was not so far away.

I remember the time where we all met up in the Philippines after not seeing each other for so many years. During that time, the whole family went to the beach just to chill. It was there I realized how much all of us (the cousins) have grown, especially Kuya Ron. Even though he had already matured in more ways than one, he was still the funny cousin that cracked those random jokes.

The best memory I had that day was when we all decided to hide my foot in the sand for the family picture. The one who was the most excited and the most focused to do that, was Kuya. It's was the smallest things like that that made me realize that he's still a child at heart. I'm sad that we won't be able to make more memories like those, but I'm forever grateful for at least having those memories and even a photo to remember it. Miss you loads kuya <3

My Son,
To start with....I don't know where to begin with the memories of us. Let's start with the day you were born. You were my pride and joy, my life and happiness. Having you in my life, carrying you in my arms, all the sleepness nights. Watching you and taking care of you when you were still a baby. When you became a toddler you were so handsome like me and you always made everyone happy to see you because you were such jolly good kid who's always smiling and so respectful to both young and old people, you're the first born and first apo on both sides of the family, you were so spoiled and well-loved. You were a smart kid and loved to sing. Bon Jovi was your fave singer back then, you were full of energy and all of the townsfolk loved you. When you were in elementary, we played PS1 the whole day. You helped me level up in FF7. Oh and I knew your first crush before. Her name was Patricia P. You were shy like me when it comes to courting ladies. In Tagalog, we call that "Torpe." Sayang good looks mo, Anak. You focused on studying and aced all your grades. You dreamt of becoming a doctor someday so you could take care of your grandparents. You ended up taking Nursing and found that it wasn't for you, so you switched to Physical Therapy. I can still remember driving you from home to your school everyday, as you grew older and became a nice, good-looking dude (like me lol). We played games on PS1 2,3,4. We were full-time gamers You were a good son, and a good friend to me. You always helped me with chores like mowing the lawn, putting up hurricane shutters, cleaning the house. You were a great helper and you loved animals like Bella and Kute and Kat. How I wish I could turn back the hands of time so we could spend more time together. I think about you always, anak. Me, your mom, and sister. We talk about you still—all the fun memories and good times that we had.  I love you more than words can say...I'm gonna miss you, and it breaks my heart that you’re gone.


I don't have one favorite memory, but I have a collection of favorite ones. When we still didn't know how to drive, we walked all the way to the library to pick up some books. We vowed to never do that again because it was an exhausting journey. When I was struggling to organize for spring semester, you bought me a planner. When I was having a panic attack, the first person I thought of calling was you. You picked up the phone and stayed on the line the entire time until I had calmed down. When I was a cramming for a test, you stayed up with me until you were too tired to keep your eyes open.  When the bad thoughts were closing in on me, you called off from work to make sure I was okay. When I got you a nightlight for your birthday, I thought you wouldn't like it, but you always kept it on your bed.  When I tried to make a brownie microwave, you helped me fan the smoke when the creation went up in flames. Gosh, it was a terrible mess. Later on, you'd buy me a microwave brownie packet so I can actually make one without it going up in flames. 

There are other memories, little everyday things, that are exclusive to us. You're still the first person I instinctively look for when I witness or learn something interesting. You would send me links to interesting articles, and we would have discussions about it. Sometimes I still expect you to send another link to me. 

   Ronn being the first grandchild, whenever  he would be in Las Pinas, that would be the happiest time of the year for all of us.  
   I would love taking him with me to school and my friends love flocking around him as he’s a hansome and smart boy.  
   One time, i had a date with his Tito and we brought him with us to Jollibee. We were so amazed that after eating his burger, he folded  the wrapper.  I felst so proud because he’s really a well-mannered boy.  
   He’s also our ring bearer when his Tito and I got married.  
   2014 was the most unforgettable year we had with Ronn.  We were there to cheer up Lolo.  When I saw him, he’s a grown-up already, still good-looking, intelligent, kind and very polite.  In a short period that we were there, i learned that he loved to sing and he’s good at that.  He loved eating Purefoods hotdog and coffee for breakfast.  He cracked jokes once in a while.  He’s very polite and very mindful of his ‘po’ and ‘opo’. 
   I will miss you, Ronn.  You have brought so much happines to the family.  How I wish I could have done the same.  
   I love you Ronn.  You’ll be in my heart forever.  
   

This has made me really sad and hurt me a lot also left me shock ... RON was such a awesome person . I will miss Ron coming in to work every morning and making sure everything was done . He also should me so much at work I knew him for a year I know god had got a great soul by his side now (MAY WE MEET AGAIN RON )

I have worked with  so many individuals, but no one like Ronn, such a hard working, pleasant, never late, and  willing to help other no mater how tired he was.  A person who always wanted to do better on a daily basis, you have left sadness in my heart and everyone that worked with you.
I will pray for your soul, God will have you next to him for having such a beautiful soul and kindness.



It still brings smiles to my face whenever I remember the time we visited him in Ilocos or when he visited us in Las Piñas.  The funniest is when we went for a swim in Pug-os Beach in Ilocos and when we went further North for an outing and sightseeing.  You will be missed dearly Ronn and I will miss too your favourite reply that still resonates in my mind “Opo Tito!”
