Tammy A. Hoffman-Johnson graduated from Naples High School and studied cosmetology and nursing in Naples, Florida. She was married to Lyndon Bradley Johnson on September 25, 1991. Tammy worked a career in Nursing, Cosmetology, and Hospitality. She had a passion for helping others and deeply loved her family.
She is survived by her Husband Lyndon Bradley Johnson, Daughter Ashley Dryden, Mother Eleanor Hoffman, Father Ronald Hoffman, Father-in-law Bob Johnson, Mother-in-law Marylon Johnson, Sister Vicki Smith, Brother Ron Hoffman, Niece Charlotte Smith, Nephew Ryan Smith, Uncle Burt Pritchett, Aunt Ronnie Pritchett, and other cousins, nieces, and nephews along with a very special Cousin Traci Kemp.
Tammy is pre-deceased by her dearest Son Tyler Anthony Johnson, and her loving Grandparents Anthony and Theresa Scarsella.
Services will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens (525 111th Avenue North, Naples, FL 34108) this Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 2:30pm.
