Edward Richard Novinski

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on April 28, 1987, Edward graduated from Eden Prairie High School in 2005. He went on to earn his BA in Finance at Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2009. He continued his education by earning an MBA at Loyola University of Chicago Quinlan School of Business in 2010. Edward joined RGM Capital in Naples, Florida as a Research Analyst in 2011.

To know Edward, was truly to love him. He was a patient, generous, kind hearted, adventure filled man. He believed in getting as much out of life as you possibly can and took full advantage of the time that he was given. He had an extremely strong work ethic and was never afraid of a challenge. Edward was always enthusiastic and enjoyed the outdoors. He loved scuba diving, fishing, skiing, and hunting. However, sailing was his greatest passion. There was not much that made him happier than being out on the water and knowing that he could go wherever he wanted with just the help of the wind. The only thing that made Edward happier than sailing was his family, and when he was able to combine those two things he felt as if he had sailed the entire world.

Edward is survived by his loving wife, Caitlin; his son, Keegan; his daughters, Eleanor and Madeline; his dog, Kirby; his parents, Edward and Susan Novinski; his sister, Sarah Dehler; his brother-in-law, Michael Dehler; his nieces and nephew, Morgan, Brooke, and Joseph Dehler; his parents-in-law, Bradley and Maureen Knoll; his sister-in-law, Kerry Knoll Hunter; his nieces, Kenley and Hollyn Hunter; his brothers-in-law, Christopher Ryan and Michael Knoll. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard and Eleanor Iverson and Edward and Adeline Novinski. Loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A truly remarkable man, Edward’s legacy will live on to all who were blessed to know him. May he rest in peace with Jesus, Mother Mary, and all of the Saints.

A visitation for Edward will be held Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, Florida 34108. A funeral mass will occur Friday, October 4, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. William Catholic Church, 601 Seagate Dr, Naples, Florida 34108. A committal service will occur Friday, October 4, 2024 at 11:30 AM at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave N, Naples, Florida 34108.
