Terry took care of my daughter when she was working in the Tiny Titans room 17 years ago. After my daughter left Terry asked about Sarah (now 18) every year for 17 years! I'd show her photos each year of Sarah growing up. She made a lasting impact on my family for her kind and tender heart. We will never forget her.

I cannot begin to describe what a beautiful person she was and how she touched everyone’s hearts with her infectious smile. She was such a special, genuine person that I will deeply miss seeing. I had never met someone who was so kind from the first time we met she was so nice and really made a lasting impression. She brought sunshine wherever she went and gave hugs that showed you just how much she cared for you. Her and I always talked about her grandchildren because I also love babies and children and she never stopped talking about how precious they were to her. I am very sorry for your loss and hope that God can help you all and especially her grandchildren through these very difficult, heart-breaking times. I send prayers and love to the whole family and those of us that she was a dear friend.

Mis mas sentido pésame para toda la familia no existen palabras para describir lo mucho que lamento su pérdida oro por el eterno descanso de Mrs.Gonzalez una mujer valiente, guerrera, excelente madre pero sobretodo una maravillosa  persona y una excelente tutora a la cual siempre le estaré agradecida por todas sus enseñanzas y por todos esos sabios consejos que me dio los cuales siempre llevaré  grabados en mi mente pido a Dios que los acompañe y les de la sabiduría, la fortaleza y la  resignación  por tan irremediable pérdida pero sobretodo que les de la paz en sus corazones que en estos momentos necesitan descansa en paz  Mrs. González siempre la llevaré en mi corazón.

My heart is truly broken for all the family, friends, students and anyone who ever had their life touched by Tery. Her beautiful smile, her hugs that changed your soul, her "I love you's" that were more genuine than almost any other- she was one of the best humans I have had the privilege of knowing in my 50+ years on this earth. When the virus hit us and we went remote, Tery checked in with me every single day, usually more than once a day to tell me of the students she worked with, the parents she spoke to and to always ask how me and my family were doing. When my aunt got sick and I had to go to New York to be with her and my mother and family in my aunt's final days, the very first thing Tery would say to me was "How is your aunt? How is the family? You know I'm praying for you, right?". Every single day!!! I will miss you, dear Tery, but I know you will be a guardian angel over your babies and I will hold precious the time we had together and the thought of seeing you again one day in a much better place. You are forever in my heart, mi amiga! Hasta lunes!!!

I love and miss you so much. -- I worked closely with Tery for 5 years. She was the kindest--most gentle, and genuine person I have ever met. She cared about people more than she cared about a job, and that's what made her wonderful and beloved. My favorite quote by Mother Theresa is "Let no one come to you without leaving better and happier." Tery seemed to live by that principle.  My life was better for having her in it. The light in her eyes was never brighter than when she talked about her grandchildren. She would show me pictures and videos...she even brought me a picture of Wonder Woman that her granddaughter colored for me (Thank you Samantha!).  Those moments with the grandchildren and the evidence of them were her most treasured possessions. She spoke about them with so much love and pride. We are all fortunate and blessed for having spent time with her. She was (and still is) an angel and an example of unconditional love on Earth. She never hesitated to share a loving word, compliment, or hug. I will miss her more than I can express. Rest now....in peace, in love, in joy.

Tery was such a ray of sunshine at Golden Gate High School.  Tery worked with me in pre-k for many years and just loved the students so much.  Tery always asked how my family was.  She will be so missed.  thoughts and prayers for all.
