Angelina Riley

Angelina was born in College Point, NY, on July 1st, 1928. She was the daughter of Maria and Vincenzo Loffredo. She met the love of her life, William Riley, at a dance at “Knickerbockers” in College Point. They were married on February 8th, 1948, and moved to Smithtown, NY, in 1972. They remained married for 51 years until his passing in 1999. She spent her career caring for others and retired as a health care aide at Stony Brook University hospital in 2007. She loved cruises and traveling to many places, including Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, and more. She loved her four children dearly. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and proudly wore a necklace with each birthstone. She spent her last 15 years living with her loving daughter in Connecticut and Florida.

Angelina is survived by her four children and their spouses, William and Jacque Riley, Christine (Riley) Healy, Joseph and Kathleen Riley, and Louis and Carolyn Riley. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, Melissa, Scott, Kaitlyn, Louis, Alexandra, Joseph, Lynrenée, Daniel, and Troy, and her eight great-grandchildren, Avery, Calvin, Nicholas, Gabriella, Louie, Elsie, Eliza, and Avamarie. Now reunited with her mother, father, four sisters, brother, and the love of her life, William. Angelina will be missed dearly by her family and friends and forever loved.
