Renee Adele Turner

Renee Adele Turner, age 76, returned to the Lord on Saturday, September 28, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on March 27, 1948, in Muskegon, Michigan, she was the daughter of Harley Kenneth Johnson and Lula Homan.

Renee graduated from Holton High School and pursued her passion for beauty by attending beauty school. On July 28, 1984, she married Clifford Allen Turner, and together they shared many wonderful years filled with love and laughter.

A vibrant presence at every gathering, Renee was the life of the party. Her heartwarming spirit and unwavering love for her family shone through in everything she did. She always put her children first and had a special talent for finding the perfect gift for anyone. As the planner and glue of her family, she relished hosting holiday events, knowing they brought everyone together. Renee retired in 2005 after 15 years of dedicated service at Harborlight Credit Union.

She is survived by her loving husband, Clifford Turner; her children, Tifanee Botbyl, Troy Botbyl, Trent (Sarah) Botbyl, and Toni (Jeff) Winskas; her grandchildren, Amber Burton, Stephanie (Travis) Bennett, Rileigh Botbyl, Sydney Botbyl, Devin Winskas, and Dylan Winskas; her brother, Perry (Peggy) Johnson; and her mother-in-law, Hazel Jean Henry.

Renee was reunited in heaven with her parents, Harley Kenneth and Lula Johnson; her grandchild, Angel Burton; her brother, Roger; and her father-in-law, Eugene William Turner, as well as Robert Federic Henry.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Ever Rest Funeral Home & Chapel, 1783 E. Keating, Muskegon, Michigan. The service will be officiated by Brian Jackson at 4:00 PM, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made in Renee’s memory to a charity of your choice.
