Jessica L. Barber

Jessica was born on December 2nd, 1979 in Muskegon Michigan to parents Bernice (Bunny) Sluyter and Allen Barber. Jessica attended Whitehall High School, and went on to marry husband Christopher Kelly on May 5th, 2010 in Panama City Beach. Jessica remembered everything about everyone. She cared so much about everyone she met. Jessica was so full of love to give, and was very grateful for all opportunities she had to make friends and loved ones. She was the light in many lives, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Jessica was preceded in death by parents Bernice and Allen, and siblings Brian Barber, and Lisa Church.

Jessica is survived by her life partner Christopher Kelly; children Alic B. Barber, and Zoie N. Tozer; siblings Tom Slater, and Scott Slater; brothers-in-law Ray Church, and Shawn Kelly; parents-in-law Richard and Anne Dawes, and Michael Kelly; nieces and nephews Shanna Zimmer, Shawn Zimmer, Scotty Slater, Brian Kelly,Tommy, Isaac, Sydney and Jackson; cousins Jamie Spyke, and Julie Spyke; as well as, special friends Robin Devries, Mellissa Broughton, Sara White, and Misty Miller.

There will be a memorial service held on May 10th, 2021 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm, at Handsome Hobo’s restaurant, located at 1437 Whitehall Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445.
