A visitation for Melvin will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Miller Jones Mortuary and Crematory, 1835 N. Perris Blvd, Perris, CA 92571. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.
