Teresa Lynne Massa-Thompson, age 63, of Woodbury, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Teresa was the daughter of Virginia Cantrell and the late Harold Massa. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Fletcher; son, Anthony Thompson; mother, Virginia Cantrell; brother, Tony Massa and his wife Dawn; grandchildren, Alexander Simmons, Yeva Thompson, Jackson and Jamison Stevenson.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and an accomplished Radiologic Technologist. A simple, classy southern woman with a feirce love for her children, family and a big animal lover. Teresa was the neighborhood mother to many. Her two biggest passions being her children and career. Balancing both and despite how she felt, she never let her children down.
Service to celebrate Teresa will be at 2:30pm Thursday with placement to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are cordially invited to visitation also on Thursday from 12:30pm until the service begins at 2:30pm.
