Mary Ruth Brown, age 73, of Murfreesboro, formerly of Smyrna, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017. Ms. Brown is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Tracy and Kevin Harper and Jennifer and Kevin Babcock; son and his wife, Tim and Penny Brown; grandchildren, Cole Harper, Griffin Harper and Hannah Babcock; and her brother, James Davis. Graveside services to celebrate Mary Ruth will be at Eleven O’clock the morning of Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Milton Hicks officiating. Ms. Brown formerly attended Living Springs Church. In lieu of customary floral tributes, charitable donations may be made to Feed the Children, Shriners Hospital for Children, Samaritan’s Purse or Wounded Warriors.
