Danny Clay Baber, age 73, of Smyrna, Tennessee died May 23, 2023. He was the son of the late James Edward and Ruby Lillian Milliken Baber. Danny is survived by his devoted wife, Alice Cain Baber; son, Jason Baber and his wife Jamey; stepchildren, Joe Wilson and Carrie Vaughan and her husband Jim; grandchildren, Olivia Baber; step grandchildren, Katelyn Brassell, Sadie Wilson, Elija Vaughan, Levi Vaughan, Miriam Vaughan, and Anna Ruth Vaughan; siblings, Michael Baber and Jammie Baber.
Friends are cordially invited to visitation on Monday, May 29 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Roselawn Funeral Home, 5350 NW Broad Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Graveside service to celebrate Danny will be Tuesday, May 30 at 10:00am at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 7931 McCrory Lane, Nashville, Tennessee.
Danny proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 11 years achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant Crew Chief and airplane mechanic. He worked for Nissan for 10 years as an area manager and for Horizon Concrete for 12 years. But, most importantly, he was a fun-lovingly Sales Manager, managing Alice.
