Lisa Marie Potter, 55, Alexandria, passed away Sunday morning, April 2, 2023, at the Alexandria Care Center.
She was born Monday, January 15, 1968, in Santa Monica, California, the daughter of Ronald Clayton and Valerie Jean (Gronowski) Potter. Lisa was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Henderson, Nevada, where she sang in the choir. Lisa had participated in the Special Olympics several times. She also enjoyed drawing and coloring, listening to music, swimming, and eating out at restaurants.
Survivors include her father, Richard Berry; brothers, Ronald Scott (Cindy) Potter, and Steven Berry; sister, Cathy (husband, Gary) Berry; uncle, Christopher Potter; aunt, Sharon Frasier; cousins, John Frasier, and Curt Frasier; several nieces, and nephews; and her canine companion, Dolly.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Valerie Jean Berry; her father, Ronald Clayton Potter; uncle, David Potter; cousin, Linda Frasier; uncle, David Potter, cousin, Linda Frasier; maternal grandparents; and paternal grandparents.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 7, 2023, in the Elm Ridge NORTH Mausoleum Chapel, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304 with Pastor Andy Phipps officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Elm Ridge NORTH Mausoleum Chapel.
Elm Ridge Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements.
