2024 at Ball Memorial Hospital. She was born January 13, 1934 to the late James B.C. Martin
and Eunice Weed.
Frances graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1952. She served as president for the
Delaware County Gold Star Mothers, and served as secretary for the Indiana Collie Club.
Frances owned, operated and gave classes at Fran’s House of Ceramics for over sixty years.
She was a devoted member of Cornerstone Community Church.
Frances is survived by her sister, Martha A. Porter; and other family and friends.
She was preceded in passing by her husband of over fifty years, Jim L. Reynolds (U.S. Army,
wounded, WWII); and her son, James D. Reynolds (U.S.M.C, K.I.A. Vietnam).
Public visitation for Frances will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana 47304, followed by a funeral service. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
