David Curtis Aldridge, 63, of Morristown, went to be with the Lord Monday, October 10, 2022. He was a member of Noeton Missionary Baptist Church and proud Papaw to four grandchildren.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Orville Curtis Aldridge and Izetta (Knight) Aldridge; wife of 42 years Barbara Vivian Aldridge, and daughter Dana Aldridge.
Survivors include son Daniel (Stacy) Aldridge; daughter Lindsey (Aaron) Chapman; grandchildren Cooper and Lucy Aldridge and Amelia and Iva Chapman. David also left behind a host of friends who affectionately knew him as “Bird.”
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday, October 13 in the Chapel of Stubblefield Funeral Home and a funeral service will immediately follow. Interment will occur Friday, October 14 at 11 a.m. at Noeton Church Cemetery in Bean Station.
