Gloria Jean Roberson, age 71, of Morganton, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Gloria was born the daughter of the late Eugene Roberson and Lavada Cook Roberson on August 15, 1952 in Kokomo, Indiana.
Gloria was a member of Cornerstone Independent Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Gloria will be missed.
Along with her parents, Gloria is preceded in death by a son, Chris Allen Roberson; two brothers, David and Mathew Roberson; a sister, Judy Wallace; and a boyfriend, Kevin Hylemon.
Those left to cherish Gloria's memory include three sons, John Roberson, Lin Roberts and Joe Roberts; 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Gloria is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Cornerstone Independent Baptist Church 4967 Cornerstone Lane Connelly Springs, NC 28612.
