Dennis Ray Causby, age 62, of Morganton, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023. Dennis was born the son of the late Edward Eugene "Bud" Causby and Bertie Marie Carswell Causby on March 8, 1961 in Burke County, NC.
Dennis was a hard worker who believed and practiced caring for others. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend. Dennis will be missed.
Along with his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by two brothers, Arnold Lee Causby and John Ottis Causby.
Those left to cherish Dennis' memory include a sister, Rachel Causby Morgan (David Webb) of Morganton; a brother, Robert Edward Causby of Morganton; a nephew, Michael Morgan of Marion; a great niece, Hannah DeBoard of Lenoir; a great nephew, Grayson Morgan of Lenoir; and two great-great nephews, Maxon and Caden DeBoard.
