At an early age, along with his family, Anthony relocated to Compton, California and joined the ministry at Revelation Church of Christ Holiness where he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior.
Anthony’s mother passed away when he was only 5 years old and his father would re-marry 3 years later to Verline Partee(Bell). She recognized the learning difficulties and comprehension skills he was lacking and with her assistance she was able to help him get the private school education he needed to graduate. Verline also helped him with hygiene and basic life skills. She played an intricate part in his overall development.
Anthony worked several different jobs after graduating from high school. He was always willing to help and enjoyed having conversations with all people he came in contact with. He enjoyed singing, attending church, bowling, going to movies and eating one of his favorite foods; fried chicken.
Anthony resided in many group homes in the last 20 years and every one he met and came in contact with always said the most uplifting things about their interactions with Anthony. He was always personable and was a delight to be around.
On December 18, 2022 the trumpet sounded for Anthony to move from labor to reward and to join his parents in his heavenly home.
Anthony leaves to cherish his memory his Step-mother, Verline Partee; four brothers, David Glen, Glenn Partee, Jr, Percy Partee and Amin Partee; Sister in laws; Karen Partee, Cheryl Partee and Nichol Partee and a host of aunts, uncles, 1 niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
