Carol Jean Basler, a resident of Croton-on-Hudson, passed away on October 12, 2024. She was 73 years old. Carol was born on April 8, 1951 in Bronx, New York, and was raised in Yonkers, New York, to the late Victor and Annette (Nicastri) Catoggio. Carol had worked for many years in the capacity of a registered nurse for several nursing agencies up until her final day of work before her date of passing. Carol enjoyed being with her family and often helped celebrate those special events with generosity and love.
She is survived by her husband Tom, sons Jonathan Basler and Keith Adamik, her daughter Jill (Adamik) Leon along with her husband Jimmy Leon and her cherished granddaughters Sabrina and Olivia.
She was predeceased by her Mother Annette Catoggio and Father Victor Catoggio.
Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, October 16th from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Edward F Carter Funeral Home, 170 Kings Ferry Road, Montrose, NY 10548. All services are Private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to the Heart Association.
