"It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Paul Anthony Thornton.
Paul passed away peacefully on July 8, 2021 at the young age of 57, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband to Donna Kay Bailey, cherished father to Amanda Amaral Thornton and loved stepfather to Nicolle Martin, Steven Martin, Heather Martin, Sophia Mantelero and Hannah Mantelero Paul leaves behind his dearest Mother, Monique Dubuc, brothers Mark (Rhonda), David (Jamie), his precious grandchildren and his many nieces and nephews.
He will be sadly missed by his family and friends but will forever be in our hearts. The family will receive condolences on Saturday, July 24, 2021 between 3:00pm and 4:00pm at Centre Funeraire Cote-des Neiges, 4525 Ch. de la Cote-des-Neiges, Montreal, Quebec, H3V 1E7. The funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 4:00pm."
