Raymond King

He was born in Warner Robins, Georgia to Charles and Maudie Mae King on May 29, 1956. He received an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering from John Patterson Technical College. He worked for 26 years at Dyna-Lift and then 4 years at The Lilly Company as a Territory Manager. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed work.

He is survived by his children; Charles King, Daniel King, Robert King and wife Caroline, and Jared King; brother, Steven King; sister, Jayne Moore; nieces, Savanna Moore and Effie Hawthorne.

He is preceded in death by his brother Robert George King and parents Charles Frank King and Maudie Mae Summerlin King.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation on February 11th beginning at four in the evening and ending at six in the evening at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted at Sardis Cemetery on February 12th beginning at eleven in the morning.

In lieu of remembrances please make donations to University Church of Christ in Montgomery, Alabama in Mr. King’s name.
