Mary "BeBe" C. Taylor

Taylor, Mary C. (Bebe), 80 passed away July 29, 2013, in Montgomery, AL. A lifelong resident of Montgomery, Bebe was a member of St. Bede Catholic Church. Bebe married the love of her life, Marty Taylor on Oct. 24, 1953, and they were blessed with 8 children: Danny Taylor, Tim Taylor, Terri (Abe) Mendez, Andy (Lynda) Taylor, Mark (Cindy) Taylor, Mary Ann (Larry) Marcus, Paul (Mindy) Taylor, Laura (Rod) Bach, 28 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom & Ivy Cannon and brother, Tommy Cannon. She has one sister, Margaret Olive Jones and one brother, Jimmy “Bull” Cannon.

Bebe was very active at Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School, and she and Marty were awarded the Charles Harbin Service Award. She was involved in St. Ann’s Altar Guild, ACCW and the Pro-Life movement.

Visitation will be at St. Bede Catholic Church at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31 followed by a rosary at 7:00. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 3 p.m. on Thursday, August 1 at St. Bede Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Margaret’s Cemetery.
