GORDON, Maj. John Lee, USAF ret., 85 a Montgomery resident, died Friday, February 13, 2014. Preceded in death by a sister, Jacqueline Pault Jackson, he is survived by his wife, Kay Gordon; daughter, Dawn L. Gordon; son, Chip Gordon; and granddaughter, McKenna K. Gordon.
His Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2015, at 1 PM, at Leak Memory Chapel, followed by his Funeral Mass at 2 PM, with Fr. Alex Valladares officiating. John was a devoted Notre Dame fan, a long-time member of the Montgomery Quarterback Club, and was a member of the V.I.P.’s of the Montgomery Police Department.
