Janice J. Smith

Janice J Smith, 72, of Wetumpka, Alabama, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Charles Smith and her brother, Joel James. She is survived by her children, Jim Smith (Kendra), Todd Smith (Margaret),and Jonatha Joy (Chris); six grandchildren, Jeffery Smith, Joseph Smith, Elizabeth Smith, Jackson Smith, Gabrielle Joy, and Taelor Joy; her brothers, Jesse James, Jerry James; sisters, Joan Sides, Julia Geier, and Jolene Owens.

She was and artist and a special needs teacher for 21 years, and obtained her certification in Pastoral Ministries.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 1:00pm at Leak Memory Chapel, with a Celebration of Life, at 2:00 pm. A burial service to follow at Pineview Cemetery, in Wetumpka, Alabama.
