Douglas Alan Miller

Douglas Alan Miller, (Doug), 40, a resident of Montgomery, AL died Sunday, January 29, 2023. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior. Doug is preceded in death by his father Rick Miller, his paternal grandparents Robert and Viola Miller, his maternal grandparents Charlie and Julia Johnson, and his Best Bud Shane Fouts. He is survived by his wife of 16 years Sandra; his children Troy Morgan, Miali Morgan and Mason Miller; his mother Debbie Martin (Charlie); his stepmother LeeAnne Miller; his brother David Miller (Robyn); father-in-law Danny Campbell; stepsisters Tessa Watson (Greg) and Amy Martin; stepbrother Tate Martin; his brothers-in-law Mike Kionka (Melissa), Curtis Campbell (Erica), and Eric Campbell (Susan); many nieces and nephews and WAY TOO MANY friends too even begin to list!

To know Doug, “Dougie Fresh”, was to love him. He was the life of the party, and his larger-than-life personality filled any room when he entered. Fresh was always willing to help his friends and family in whatever they needed. He was an AMAZING son, husband, father, and friend. His passions were being a provider, the grill master and entertaining friends and family. Fresh wanted everyone around him to have a good time.

Doug worked for Siemens Energy which took him all over the United States for work. He loved his company, and he LOVED his co-workers. When he was home, he talked about them so much that we all felt that we knew them personally.
