Dorothy M. Dailey, age 76 of Grady, Alabama went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 29, 2013. Services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 10:00 am at Leak-Memory Chapel in Montgomery, Alabama. Reverend Lawrence Phipps will be officiating for the services. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 pm.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her father, Austin Montieth; mother, Jessie Montieth; son, James Raymond Ellison Jr.; and one infant great grandson. She is survived by daughters, Sharon Sullivan(Danny) of Goshen, Sonya(Wayne) Dicks of Grady, Caryn Rice(John) of Milton Florida; 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; brother, Norman Montieth (Dee), sister, Mildred Patteson(John Ed), brother, Gerald Montieth(Joanne); numerous loved nieces and nephews; many special friends. Her special companion, her dog Lucky, will greatly miss her.
