Clarence Alonzo Taylor

C. A. “Red” Taylor, loving husband, father and friend, passed from this earthly life on Monday, July 30, 2018. He is preceded in death by his youngest daughter, Denise Taylor Ferrell; father C. A. Taylor Sr.; mother, Nina Fleming Taylor; sisters ,Kathleen Cheatham and Faye Spencer ; brothers, Jim Taylor, Aubrey Taylor and Robert Taylor. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lanette S. Taylor; daughters, Dana McGregor (Eric) and Dianne Hoskinson (Ron); grandsons, Taylor McGregor (Vaida), Luke Ferrell and Aaron Ferrell; sister, Jean Bailey (Joe); brother, Tom Taylor (Suzy); and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Leak Memory Funeral Home (945 Lincoln Road Montgomery, AL 36109) on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 5pm-7pm. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Leak memory Chapel. Burial will follow at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery (3001 Simmons Road Montgomery, AL 36108) with Steve Housley officiating.
