She is preceded in death by her parents, Claudia and Willard Booth.
Debra is survived by her loving husband Gene H. Polk Jr; three children, Mickey Hamrick Jr. (Laura), Connie Clark, Willie Hamrick (Beckie); and eight grandchildren, Chase, Brett, Katelynn, Dalton, Elizabeth, Lacey, Bailey, and Claudia.
Mrs. Polk valued her family above all else; she committed her life to raising her children, being a homemaker, and later watching her grandchildren grow. She is said by her family to be a simple women who loved the outdoors; she enjoyed camping, fishing and taking trips to the casino. Debra will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
