He was born in Union County on September 4, 1943, son of the late Rev. Jesse Outlaw and Nellie Starnes Outlaw. Ralph was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Sarah Jane Outlaw; his brothers, Clayton Outlaw, Cletus Outlaw and Dillon Outlaw and by his sisters, Virginia Helms and Mary Elizabeth Collins.
He is survived by his daughters, Teresa Helms (Tommy) and Linda Clonts (Darrell); his grandchildren, Stephanie Helms, Brandon Helms, Abby Clonts and Anna Clonts; two great-grandchildren, Bradley Thomas Helms and Maverick Hudson Helms.
The family will receive friends from 10:00am until 11:00am Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. A celebration of his life will begin at 11:00am in McEwen Funeral Home’s Colonial Chapel with interment following in Lakeland Memorial Park.
