Annette Phifer, age 52, of Monroe, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. She was born in Union County on June 3, 1969, the daughter of Joyce Baker Cox and John Phifer.
She was preceded in death by her son, Joey Cox.
Annette is survived by her sons, Michael Cox and Jeffrey Short; her six grandchildren; her mother Joyce Baker Cox and father, John Phifer; her sister, Lisa McCall and by her special friend, Terrie McDaniels.
A chapel service to celebrate the life of Annette Phifer will be held at 6:00pm Friday, January 7, 2022 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe.
