Shirley Langley, also known as Aunt Shirley to many, died October 2, 2018 in Columbus, GA. She was born April 26, 1935 and raised in Mobile, AL. She grew up with a big family. She went on to graduate from Murphy High School. She married Everette Langley at a young age and they spent 62 years together. Mrs. Langley retired from Lift Part Service Co., where she worked side by side her brother and nephew for many years. She raised five children. Mrs. Langley was a special person. She was the most loving and caring person you could imagine. She was the type of person who would sacrifice everything to make sure everyone around her didn’t do without. She loved everyone unconditionally, it did not matter who you were or where you were from. She had a laugh that was contagious and would laugh at the silliest things. She will be most remembered for her generosity, her devotion to help others, and her ability to always do the right thing. Shirley Neal Langley

Survived by:Siblings: Glynda Brackett, children: Lee Howard, Hai Nguyen, Meme Nguyen, Thao Nguyen and Long Nguyen, grandchildren: Everette Nguyen and Forrest Howard and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Shirley will be held Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, AL 36605. Funeral service will be Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 2:00 P.M., 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, AL 36605. Burial will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery.
