He was born in Little Rock AR, on August 13,1957.
Robert E. Russell graduated from Terry Parker high school and obtain a B.A in History, B.A in accounting, Masters in business from the University of South Alabama.
His interests were Arkansas Razorbacks football, Florida Gators Football, wrestling, Doctor who, comic books, Soccer, Dungeons & Dragons.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Jackson Ewell Hendricks, Elizabeth Marie Hendricks, and his Father Jerles Eldon Russell.
He is survived by his mother Betty J. Russell.
His brother Randall E. Russell ( Zuleima Russell), his sister Robin D. Cannady ( Dal Cannady), His Nephews Randall J. Russell, Benjamin R. Cannady, Jonathan D. Russell, Matthew S. Russell. His nieces Emily Pace and Sofia I. Russell.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 3 pm September 5, 2015 at Pinecrest funeral home. Visitation will be held at 1-3 pm on September 5, 2015 at Pinecrest Funeral home. Interment will be at Little Rock AR.
