Phillip Charles Morrison, age 71, of Semmes, AL passed peacefully in his sleep on October 9, 2024. Phillip graduated from Murphy High School and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a longtime employee of UJ Chevrolet and former member of the Conde Cavaliers. Phillip loved his family, his country, Mardi Gras, and Alabama football.

Phillip is survived by his wife of 45 years, Valerie Morrison of Semmes, AL, their children Melissa Ann Hergenroder (Chris), David Michael Morrison (Rachel) and grandson Jasper Grant Morrison of Mobile, AL.

A visitation for Phillip will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM at Pine Crest Funeral Home, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, AL 36605. Following the visitation a graveside service will be held at 2:00PM at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 34904 Hwy. 225 Spanish Fort, AL 36527.
