Lois Driskell Pierce

Lois Driskell Pierce, age 91, of Mobile, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at a local hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Madeline Christian; seven siblings, Julie Smith, Agnes Goff, Murray (Shirley) Driskell, Linwood (Eulice) Driskell, Allen (Carolyn) Driskell, Everette (Bonita) Driskell, and Basil Driskell; a sister-in-law, Bessie Lou Driskell; three grandchildren, Shannon (Mark) Leon, Dennise (Jeff) Bunch, and Melinda (Matt) Leon; six great-grandchildren, Andrew Leon, Parker Leon, Loren Leon, Hunter Bunch, Cassady Leon, and Caydee Leon; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Hannan Pierce; her son-in-law, Dennis Christian; three brothers, Ralph Driskell, Bertran Driskell, and Blake Driskell; and two sisters, Betty Vickery and Unavay Byrd. She was a member of Palestine Baptist Church and The Order of Eastern Star Toulmin Chapter #455. The visitation will be held Friday, September 16, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Palestine Baptist Church.
