Mr. Jerry Wayne Turner, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Willie Pritchett Turner, siblings; Mary Williams, Earl Turner, Betts Turner, Mae Turner and Jimmy Turner.
Mr. Turner was employed as a 1st Class Carpenter and worked many years with Radcliff Construction Company and Carlson Cabinet Shop. He was a member of Grace Point Church of God . He was an avid wood worker .
Mr. Turner is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Ressie Turner and children; Jerry DeWayne Turner and Tracy Turner Waters. He is also survived by his brothers, Will Turner (Pat), Gray Turner (Shirley) , sister, Mattie Byrd, grandson Dalton Turner (Ashley) and great-grandson, Jackson Turner.
Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Allentown Cemetery.
