James Edward Williams

James Edward "Jimmy" Williams - a 74 year-old native of Elmore County, Alabama and resident of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024. He retired from Byers Engineering as a project engineer after more than 20 years of service. He was a member of Woodridge Baptist Church, an avid racing and Alabama Crimson Tide fan, and loved to cook for his family.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton Franklin Williams and Dorothy Thomas Williams; son, Michael Williams; and siblings, Larry Williams, Gayle Sylvester, and Wayne Williams. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Pam Williams; son, Todd Williams (Rebecca); grandsons, Ethan Williams, Mason Williams, and Sclater Williams; sister, Margaret Black; brother, Mark Williams (Donna); many other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held in Pine Crest Cemetery West on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 10 a.m. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-mobile.com.
