Grace Maria Jones

Grace Maria Logan Jones, 84, of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022. She was born in Aubrey, Arkansas on Friday, July 2, 1937 to the late Elmer and Trecy Lacewell Logan. Grace grew up in Arkansas and married her late beloved Johnnie Jones who passed in 2008. She was a military wife since Mr. Jones was a career NAVY man. Upon retirement, they moved to Silverhill where Grace went to school and received her Master Gardener certificate. Grace was an expert gardener; her accomplishments with flowers, trees and shrubbery were the talk of the community. Most of all, she was proud of being a good mother and grandmother to her family.

Left to cherish Grace’s beautiful memories will be her daughter, Kellie Jones; one son: Stephen Jones, and wife Ann; three grandsons: Sean Jones, Geoff Jones, Chris Jones; an ex-granddaughter-in-law, Lauren Jones; one great-granddaughter, Eliana Jones, along with many extended family members and a number of wonderful friends.
