Mrs. Fannie Claude Alston Taylor age 96, and longtime resident of Mobile, Al passed away on April 8, 2014 at a local hospital. She was an active member of Dauphin Way United Methodist Church since 1951. She is preceded in death by her husband, R. Bruce Taylor. She is survived by beloved nieces, nephews and special friends. Graveside services will be held at Pine Crest Cemetery, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Al on Friday, April 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. A memorial service will be held at Dauphin Way United Methodist Church at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Dauphin Way United Methodist Church Society of St. Stephen or the Esther Claudia Watson Alston Memorial Fund at Huntington College, Montgomery, AL.
