He is survived by his two children Chance Lane and Cindy Ross; life companion, Nicole Yother; as well as an extensive line of family members& friends. Byron will be remembered most for the wisdom, affection, and his love of helping others. If you were lucky enough to have known "B.B.", he will forever be in your heart.

Services for Byron Bernard Lane will be held at Pinecrest Funeral Home on Dauphin Island Parkway on:

Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016: Wake will be held between 4-5 pm for family and 5-8 pm for family & friends.

Monday, Dec. 12, 2016: Chapel Service & Burial 2pm

In Lieu of Flowers we have arranged all donations to be given to Southeastern Diabetes Association- Camp Seale Harris which aids in children with diabetes in going to camp.
