Raeone Marie Prince

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Raeone Marie Prince, on November 5th, 2024. She was surrounded by the love of her family. Raeone was born in Jamestown, North Dakota, in 1941 and later moved to California with her parents, Oliver and Dorothy Ambers.

Raeone lived life to the fullest, relishing new experiences and finding joy in traveling. She traveled to many countries and loved creating unforgettable moments along the way.

Family was Raeone's greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Her six grandchildren were the center of her world. She could often be found at their games, cheering them on, and she never missed a birthday or school performance, always making sure to be present.

Raeone was actively involved in several golf groups and enjoyed their outings. She dedicated herself to her community by participating regularly in various social groups. Her friendly nature and genuine interest in others allowed her to create lasting connections with everyone she met.

In her professional life, Raeone enjoyed a career in the financial services industry. She exemplified hard work and commitment both in her career and personal life.

Raeone is survived by her three children, Scott Prince (Danielle), Rod Prince (Becky), and Tara Peszt (Paul), along with her six grandchildren: Connor, Cole, Carter, Ryan, Dylan, Brady, and along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Dorothy Ambers; her sisters, Judith Hosoi and Carol Carlson; and ex-husband(s) Terry Prince and Lynn Harrison.

We also mourn the loss of our dear loved one, Betty Selk, who was the mother-in-law of Raeone's son, Scott Prince. Raeone and Betty will be celebrated together.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held at Fairhaven Memorial Services, located at 27856 Center Dr., Mission Viejo, on Saturday, November 30th, 2024, at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow in the courtyard. Please join us as we celebrate the lives of two wonderful women who have touched our hearts.
