Hannah Angelia Mitchell

Hannah Angelia Mitchell passed away on June 7, 2022. Hannah was born in Thousand Oaks California on March 19, 1991. Hannah is survived by two sons; Noah Christian Mitchell, age 10, and Isaiah Benjamin Mitchell, 19 months old; her father Robert Lynn Mitchell age 64, and Mother, Angela Susan Mitchell, age 61.

Hannah loved being a mom to her two boys, playing anything and everything with them. Pool Days were spent teaching Isaiah how to swim and soaking up the sunshine.

Hannah was an amazing person inside and out.For those of you who knew her, I’m sure you can think of countless stories where she was helping you and being the thoughtful person she is. Her laugh was absolutely contagious. Hannah had over a year sober and was House Lead at Capp By The Sea, helping so many people in their recovery. Hannah found her hope in her work wherein she was committed to helping addicts regain sobriety and help them see that there is a way out of the darkness of addiction.

Her future goal was to be able to work with female clients with substance abuse issues who have had their children removed from their care, and put into the system. Hannah intended to be a part of their journey to reunify with their children and to help them through the steps it takes to do so, while also building back a stable environment.

We still cannot believe she is gone. Please provide some support through donations to her two young boys and her family. Hannah has made such an impact on so many of us, please help us raise money for her family. Thank you
